Q. What are the delivery costs?
A. Free delivery to all Australia customers. Worldwide customers incur a delivery
charge.
Once payment has cleared, all orders are processed & dispatched the same
or next business day using Australia Post
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. We accept Paypal or direct debit.
Q. What fonts & pictures are available?
A. There is about 80 fonts to choose from & about 100 pictures to choose.

Q. Can I order any quantity?
A. Yes, you can order any quantities. For bulk orders of 15 or more, please
email through the contact us tab. If you are a club, school, business or corporate
organisation, we can offer a bulk order discount depending on the quantity of
tags.
Q. What can I have engraved on my tag?
A. To allow for adequate engraving space on the back of the premium tags, only
3 lines of text will be accepted. Each line is to have a maximum of 16 characters
including spaces & punctuation. On the front, your pets name with the desired
font & picture. The name will be as large as possible.
Cameo tags, your pets name in any font & one phone number, mobile or land
line.
Deluxe tags can have your pets name in any font, a picture & one phone number,
mobile or land line.
